How to order new steering cable?

My boat is looking like I need a new steering cable. Will I have to pull cable in order to measure and order new one? Anyone at Rinker who can give cable number for a certain model boat. Why is everything you need for a boat so difficult to find and replace?

The part number was right at the engine.

The part number should be on the black plastic sleeve somewhere

What’s the problem with the cable?

    The steering is really hard.

Ordered new Teleflex cable.  Tried to install it today. Would not fit steering helm. The flange is wider all the length of rack. I will attach photos. The narrow one is old cable. There is hardly any room on this model boat. Guess another week or two to get right cable.
I have another problem . With the steering cable unhooked cevis pin out I cannot move my outdrive by hand . It is stuck to the left. You can take bottom Clovis pin out to lower unit and you can move the outdrive back and forth. I even loosened the hydraulic lines on actuator and still could not move outdrive back and forth. It's like actuator has my outdrive locked in one position. I'm wondering if actuator was my problem to start with.

@Stever00 , have you tried to move the steering wheel with the engine running? You need the power steering pump to be able to move the actuator.
