Generator/Power Panel

I am in the process of buying a 2017 370EX that has the Power/Gen Panel shown below.  It is equipment with both Port and Starboard shore power connections, but there are only starboard incoming breakers at the top of the panel.  Shouldn't there be Port breakers?  Thanks for any insight into this, it has me a bit puzzled.  Thanks,

The port breaker is likely out in the cockpit, near where the port power connection is.

Port side either just below where the hardtop mates to the hull or to the left of the cockpit fridge down low. Pic of my 350 (same hull) - you can see it just below the step.

A disconnect is not required when the power receptacles are within 10 feet of the panel.  The distance to the aft receptacles is longer than 10 feet, so there's a disconnect in the cockpit (within 10 feet of the receptacles).
