2009 Rinker 360 for sale

Have been watching the market as I'm looking to upgrade from current Rinker 2006 300 Express Cruiser and see the subject vessel for sale in Sandusky, OH via FB "Used Cabin Cruisers & Motor Yachts For Sale" group.
Wondering if that vessel belongs to a member (Francois Ratinaud) or if any of the members here know of it?
Has NC registration; strange as it is being listed in OH and presumably freshwater.
She's optioned right with 496's and Axius.
Winter'd at Lakeside Yacht Services in Marblehead, OH heated storage.
Please reply with any information specific to the boat if known.
