390 Water Heater Breaker Location

My water heater quit working. I checked with a meter and I'm not getting any volts at the unit. Is there a breaker somewhere besides the main electrical panel? The switch at the panel isn't tripped and seems to be working normally.

Check for a “powerpole” connector a few feet from the water heater.

I had the same issue loose connector apx 12" from water heater contacts looked fine.
