Waste Tank additive?

What's everyone use for additive - any faves?

I've been using Starbrite Instant Fresh.
Occasionally, dump is some low suds detergent in late season before final pump-out.

These things work great.  Convenient and effective.  One packet after pump-out, maybe a second one if the tank gets over 2/3 full.  Never any odor.

Looks like the drop ins are the way to go.
    Seem pretty simple.
Gotta be real careful pouring the Starbrite in the bowl.

I use powdered laundry detergent once a weekend and a big orange filter.  We pump out every other weekend or so. The other most important thing is oxygen flow to the tank. That’s what keeps the smell down. If you have a filter make sure the media isn’t wet or plugged … that creates an anerobic condition and the smell.
