Changing thru hulls on 270fv, toilet and AC?

How complicated is this job as far as you guys know? I found something on the toilet inlet that I'm not so sure that I like. It was a little bit of what looked like a gasket hanging out from behind the metal on the bottom of the boat. The AC side has a valve that even when closed drips water, just a drop, every 15 seconds. I solved that problem by putting another valve on the other side of that but if I'm going to do the toilet inlet then maybe it would be worth it to do both. Let me know what you think as far as how complicated the job is.  At this point I think it is probably fine and they both have been water tight since 2004, just didn't like what I saw yesterday on the toilet inlet.

It’s sealed with 5200 which will need a solvent and some heat to get it loose. Can’t be super complicated but a PITA by yourself due to getting in and out of the boat.

I replaced both a few years ago after noticing a small leak.  The sealant was pretty brittle when I went to to remove the thru hulls.  If they were sealed with 5200 it wasn't doing much at that point.  It was as easy job in my experience.

As cable says it is helpful to have two people. one on inside on on outside. Get it good and clean before installing new ones.

Had a professional come and inspect it. Told me that it looks ok but may want to change it out next year if it bothers me (claims it has years left) as the boat is going back in tomorrow or Thursday.
