How to identify Mercrusier gear box and prop hubs

I have a 2005 Captiva 192 and I think I need a new prop hub.  The Mercrusier in the boat is the 4.3 liter v6 engine and the gear box is labeled Alpha One.  The prop is a 4 blade marked 14 x 20.  When I look for parts on line they list gen1 and gen2.  How do I tell what I have?  They also list replacement for Mercury 135-300 hp mercruiser alpha bravo one drives.  The prop hubs seem to be universal for all types of props and sterndrives.  Also some say they are rubber and some are plastic.  Is one better than another?    On Amazon it is WEHOPE 835257Q1 Replace for Quicksilver Flo Torq II Hub Kit Replacement for Mercury.

    Picture of prop would be helpful. Why do you think you need a new hub?

    @captkevin I had the boat in lake erie (Presque Isle Bay) and hit some shallow water and I think I spun the hub.  After that the boat would not get up to plane at the normal engine speed of 30.

    With prop nut in the way can't tell if prop use mercury's Flo torque - removable hub or not. If prop has old school pressed in rubber hub it can be repaired by prop shop. If it was me i would invest in new prop & keep old prop as spare.

    I took it down to Pittsburgh Boats, a Merc authorized dealer, and they identified the prop as a Turning Point Hustler 21502131.  They had a replacement hub and was able to replace it for $67.00.  It appears to be a hard rubber hub.  I will take @captkevin
    advice and order a new prop and keep the old prop as a spare after I file the edges and paint it.  Thanks to all who commented on this question.  I now know I have an AlphaOne gen 2 outdrive.
