  I would get one made from black starboard. Order from boatoutfitters.com and they will cut for you.

  I had one made at Boat Outfitters as well. We were losing crackers & cheese in the sink. Only install it when needed.

  Countertop shop would be able to cut you a piece of corian to fit.

  YYZRC, good one.  No science projects, just a piece of plastic on the bottom to cushion dropped things and a wire basket for holding soap etc.

  I would contact @diggin2day1 for a custom insert.  He makes some great products.  A Rinker logo or a compass rose would look great on that counter top.
