Anyone ever hear of/use TRIAX Marine Ultra 25W-40 Full Synthetic Marine Engine Oil

Starting to buy winterization supplies and came across TRIAX Marine Ultra 25W-40 Full Synthetic Marine Engine Oil (https://www.amazon.com/Marine-25W-40-4-Stroke-Synthetic-Engine/dp/B09X8CPDCZ/).

It's full synthetic and about half the price of Quicksilver Synthetic Blend. Seems to get decent reviews and what little I can find online has mixed results, but most on the favorable side. And it's supposedly manufactured in the USA.

Anybody have any knowledge or experience with the TRIAX brand?

@rich - Thanks. I did read that and have been doing some more research since most of the reviews seem dated to the first few years after they came to the consumer market in 2015. Looks like they got licensed by API this past April and now have certifications. So looks like they are legit. (Maybe now have enough cashflow to get stuff tested and approved by API.)

Oil is something I never take a gamble on.

Mobile one 20w50 or rotella t6 15w40.   The zinc is great for any engine with hours or years on it.   Both tried and true from race teams to bubba's shade tree YouTube videos.

Rotella 15W-40 T6 diesel oil never steered me wrong. Been running it for years. Relatively cheap compared to "marine" oil. And can find it anywhere

Yes. From SBC to sohc 70s Honda street bikes to Ducati 620 to the 4.2 Rover V8.

It's a good quality oil that won't break the bank.

Walmart.com usually has the best price.

A lot of the guys on the Malibu forums are using Chevron Delo 400 SDE  SAE 15W-40 since it still has the S rating...but yeah, using diesel oil in our engines is a good thing.
