Bargain price fresh water 360 LOW HOURS in great shape, please help me sell her

My friend's boat inspired us to upgrade from our 342 years ago.  Owner has passed, family wants to sell ASAP.  If you've thought about going bigger, act now.

2006 Rinker 360
Fresh water boat since new
Under 400 hours on 496/Bravo 3 package
Professionally maintained by my long-time mechanic

Stored ashore since my mechanic winterized her in 2019.  This month he drained the fuel, installed new batteries, touched up the bottom paint, and had her detailed.  The engines started right up and ran fine at idle on muffs.

    Price is not firm, and the boat has not been listed yet.  It will be well below market.  Thinking maybe $60k?  There are two 360s on boattrader listed for $80k.  The family needs it to be gone, and will sacrifice price to move it quickly.

    is this boat a hardtop or a bimini type top? cannot see hardtop in pics.

    EDIT:  NO IT IS NOT A HARDTOP.
    It's a hardtop.  This model was renamed as the 370 the following year.  I'll try to get some better pictures.  She'll probably have to list the boat if nobody here wants it.

    @LaRea I got a friend from my marina very interested in your friends boat.  Had a 1998 41PC Formula that due to an unfortunate circumstance got totaled end of summer.  Now looking to downsize.  I think he's very interested in the separate shower.  So this is the perfect size for that.  Is willing to take the drive down to look at it.
