Battery set up for solar panels

Hi all. I've added 2 solar panels and a controller to my FV 250. They've been connected in parallel.
I have 2 new batteries, exactly the same (not the batteries in the photo).
The photo shows how the batteries have always been, but I need to change this so that they are also connected in parallel and will both charge from the solar panels.
1. Can someone please tell/show me how the batteries should be wired.
2. Will the 1, 2, both, off, settings still work?
3. Will this effect the bow thruster battery under the seat at the bow?

Thanks

Is one battery your house battery and the other battery your starting battery?

Most solar systems only charge the house battery bank. Starting battery generally doesn't get used when the engine isn't running.

I highly recommend that you connect the solar to the house battery and leave the starting battery alone.

You could install a dual sensing isolator to charge dual battery banks with the solar charger.

You do however need to install the right flux capacitor to the system or you maybe catapulted into the future.
