Thru Hull on 1990 V190

I just bought this boat and it has a thru hull on the port side that goes into the cuddy just behind the bulkhead and goes down below the bunk. can anyone tell me what this is? It was installed at the factory.

    I would suspect a second bilge pump under the bunk. Any signs of wires or anything hooked up under there?

    There are no wires, just a 3/4 inch tube that goes under the bunk. no access panel under the bunk to open. Here's a picture of it coming thru the hull just below the rub rail.
