It was really bad for Long Island the past couple days. It cleared yesterday but it’s back today.

Not over. Today is an ozone alert day, then tonight smoke comes back. Not quite as bad as earlier in the hazardous range, but still in the unhealthy/very unhealthy range.

Thursday was crazy. Went out in the shop at work & thought we can blown up a motor on one of the slitters. It was just that smokey in the shop. Had never seen that before.

St John. Got talked into a free sailing trip with a Boy Scout group after one of the adults backed out. Captain of the boat said it was nice to have someone onboard that knew more about boats than he did
