Sink drains are typically just flex hoses attached with hose clamps that drain overboard via a thru-hull. And depending on age and climate some hoses develop dry-rot and micro-cracks. Have you visually checked to make sure sure all of the connections are tight and secure while running water down the drain?

You can also have a loose fresh water connection leaking, but that you would notice if your system doesn't stay pressured when turned on.

Again, both require a visual inspection to get a better idea of the source.

My boat has pumps that pump the water out becuse the shower and sink are below the water line

The shower in the head has a floor drain that indeed goes to a pump, but your sink is not below the waterline and that drain typically comes out a thru-hull fitting on the starboard side of your boat. That is unless you or a previous owner re-did the plumbing.

Have you pulled out the little storage compartment under your sink and looked inside at how the plumbing is routed?

Check the air conditioner pan. it drains to the engine bilge and if it's clogged, it can overflow and soak the carpet.
