Radio and Wiper not working

Hi. My radio won't turn on and the wiper won't work. In line fuses are good. Is there a low voltage distribution fuse box? I looked everywhere on this 2018 EX320. Help

    Welcome to the forum!  I can't think of any reason those two devices would be linked. 

    On some older boats, corrosion of the main ground block was a common gremlin for oddball electrical problems.  Maybe somebody will chime in and suggest where you'd find it on your boat.  On my 2007 370, it was in the engine room ... looked like a rat's nest of about 30 black wires attached to a buss bar.  I ended up talking all of the wires off and re-terminating them with new connectors.
