This morning a man fell in the water at our marina. He was 2 docks down, and I heard him yelling for help. I sprinted over and helped get him out. Our marina is on a river with strong currents that were trying to sweep him away. He hurt his shoulder on the way down and could barely hold onto the edge of the dock. He was single handing a ~28' express cruiser, and tripped on something while tying up. Said he's done it a hundred times and had never fell in. It was my first time saving someone, and the whole situation was scary. Stay safe out there.
