My water dawg of a dad had every boat/barge/skiff known to man but especially small cruisers and was content for years. In the late 70's he found a deal an a 65x30 houseboat built for the fat cats at Grumman Aircraft company that had been based in the Bahamas but the boat was let go. He brought it back to perfection and lived aboard for the next 25yrs on a beautiful tropical waterfront lot lined with coconut palms near the beach. He then went on to buy 3 other houseboats just to keep busy, renting those out to vacationers who returned year after year. Whatta perfectly non-conformist life style.

Those houseboats are a really addicting way to go Boomer. They certainly give you room to stretch out, which I can understand. Congrats.
