Help with a head

in Rinker Express Cruisers Forum
I seem to have something missing or broken on a Rinker 342 FV I'm trying to restore, can anyone help point me in the right direction?  I need to work on the head which is not in good condition so apologies for the disgusting photo! :-( Anyone know what is missing/broken/etc. Thanks again!

    Just had mine wart this weekend to retrieve an object that got dropped down there, not a fun job but not hard. Gonna replace the entire unit as it's original. Ordered all new Admiral sinks and shower. Plumbing work forthcoming!
