  There is a port hole to acces it, the mirror comes off but I think the port hole is below the mirror on a small piece that is removable.
  
  i was able to reach up there and undo them easily.

  Took out windless today you are right (Weber) it is underneath the mirror, the mirror comes off but there's no access behind it, You can barely see the three bolts And when taking it off I had to do it by feel. Thank you

  There have been other posts about this, do a search. We were talking about it some 3 or so months ago. I think you have to reach in with your arm and get the bolts off. But look for the details.
