Uninvited guest

Ok we have all been here, you invite some one and they think hey I will ask so and so if they want to go, with out ever mentioning it to you (family seems to be the worst at it). So as I am a very straight forward person, (brutally honest my wife says) what do you say trying to be tactful? Sometimes it's not a problem, but let's face it some people you just don't want to deal with in close quarters or at all. what have you all used in the past?

    Like you, I'm pretty up-front with folks and let them know that the invitation extended is only meant for them. We've not had that problem with boating given that this is the first year we've had a boat big enough to accommodate guests but we've run into the "uninvited guest" issue more than once when camping.

    If you are concerned about it then it's best handleD during the initial invite. Tell them there's  limited room on board and if they plan on inviting anyone you need to know.

    Tell them everyone has to get naked.  if they stay it should at least be interesting.

    If people so up uninvited tell them the boat wont run right and it cant go out. Then dont invite the people that brought uninvited guest back or tell them that that was wrong and dont do it again........
