Identifying a Outdrive/Sterndrive, Bellow Replacement

I have a 1988 Rinker Fiesta Vee, with a 260HP Mercruiser. I am going to try to replace all bellows, gimbal bearing, gaskets, throttle cable etc. However, I am trying to confirm that the outdrive is a Alfa One. When ordering my "Bellow Kit" I saw Alfa One with difference generations. I have attached pictures of my outdrive for help confirming this. I am not able to see any serial numbers/labels due to the previous owner painting over everything.

Also if anyone has any tips/advice for bellows/throttle cable replacement I would greatly appreciate it. I understand that it can be a very time consuming/frustrating job but I am willing to do it rather than paying $100 per hour to have it done locally.

    That is an Alpha One, Generation 1 drive.

    Are you sure it's a generation 1? It looks the same as mine which is a gen 2. I think the gen 1 has smaller hydraulic rams. I'm not 100% though.

    Gen 1 was from 1972 to 1990.

    Yep, one way I tell real quick is the back of the lower unit is straight on the Gen 1 and has a slant on the upper part of the lower unit for Gen 2.

    If you look at the trailing edge of the lower unit on the gen 1 and 2 they are different. The gen 2 has a slant and the gen 1 is straight.

    @alswagg, the trailing edge of the lower unit for gen 2, it has a slant for the top part before it then goes straight.  The gen 1 is straight.
