Cindy Scott gone.. Who now?

I am guessing Cindy Scott is no longer the parts manager as my emails are returned undeliverable. Who do we contact now for Rinker specific parts?

    The answer is ... if people can't find answers here on the forum, they should send email to:

    customerservice@rinkerboats.com

    I contacted them this morning, and had a nice email exchange with Ginger Abbs -- who, by the way, answered my email at 7:20 AM.  She said that's the best way to get answers.

    When did you email them?  With all the transition activities over the last couple months, I'm not surprised to hear of some lapses in customer service.  Give them another try. 

    I've only tried it once, and I got a reply in 10 minutes.  Your mileage may vary.

    I have emailed back and forth with Ginger multiple times. Very fast responses everytime.

    The customerservice@rinkerboats.com address goes to  Ginger and probably others too, so it's probably better to use that.

    So I sent out a question about part number for my fuel sending unit to info@rinkerboats .com and Scott Hayes [mailto:shayes@godfreymarine.com] got back to me rather quickly and asked me what length the old one was. I replied back that it was still in the boat and that THEY should know the part number. A few days later Ofelia Jimenez <ojimenez@Rinkerboats.com> got back to me with the correct part number. It took me a while, she was slow to respond, but we finally got it ordered and shipped.

    I wonder if Malary Wagner is still there. She helped me in the past and so did Natasha Hoffman. I have to agree that Cindy was great!

    Well today I received a worthless response. (yep just today). The response clearly indicated that they did not even take the time to read the email. Rinker owners are now on their own. From now on when asked about my boat I will say the boat itself is great but support is no longer available. The true Rinker brand is long gone.

    That is strange... I got a response for a part that I need and they are willing to sell it to me at an inflated price. It seems to be hit or miss... PM Kim Slocum on Facebook with your issue or need. Maybe he can help that way...
