250 FV - Engine bay vent hoses

The engine bay vent hoses have become brittle and have new hoses to replace.
Cannot see where the blower motor is at the base of the hull to connect, is the motor fixed or strapped for easy removal etc..
Basically how do you get to the hose connections at the blower end to renew the hose.

Found the blower and replaced the hose (blower to outer vent). My hose is 3" (80mm).
