To clean my seats i use Totaly Awsome, buy it at the dollar store. don't know if it gets suntan lotion off. Gets grease, dirt, mold, mildew, oil, and does not hurt vinyl. Very inexpence.

I'd say put it out in the sun for a week.  I had a bit of mildew on my "rumble" seat and nothing would get it out (I have a bottle of 303 cleaner, magic eraser, and various mildew cleaners).  I completely removed the UV protectant (I use 303 Aerospace at least once a month) and let the sun do its thing.  Last weekend it was looking pretty good after one week.

Comet, water and a brush.  Don't worry it won't hurt the vinyl.  Recondition when done.  Watch out though,  you'll end up cleaning everything cause of the clean spot you'll create!

Purple Power diluted and scrubbed VERY gently with a white rag works on everything for me!

Well, I bought some of the Awesome and the few spots on the "rumble" seat didn't come out yet.  I'm hopeful the sun will take care of it if it ever stays out long enough.

@69fastback no no no to magic eraser on seat cushions. M.E. will remove the luster from the seats and over time will ruin them. There are plenty of good products to clean seats magic eraser is not one of them.

I've always had great luck with it, and no issues.

Magic eraser was already tried.  I know it's harsh on cushions, but it's better than replacing.  It is looking a bit better each week, so we'll see.  Problem will be, & has been, when I put the dinghy back on the seat on a towel.  I know that is what cause it in the first place but it's where I like to keep the dinghy.

If anyone ever experiences "pinking" there is a product called pink away that seems to work well.  Although sun exposure usually gets rid of it too.  This can occur on all types of vinyl and plastics.  I had it happen on my dinghy when I put a canvas cover on it.  Basically there is a chemical reaction between the PVC and the canvas and it creates this pinking affect, basically a big brownish pink miscolored area on the material.  It can be amplified by heat as well.  To say the least I was pi$$ed when it happened to my new dink.

Pink away is the only product I have discovered that can address the issue.  I haven't tried it yet but plan too.  I bet it works as a heck of a deep cleaner too...
