Trim Limit

 Two seasons ago I had my trim pucks replaced. Today I was playing around with the boat and was looking at the drive. Does this look like the correct height for the limit cut off or should it be higher? Obviously I can get it higher with the trailer button but should I adjust the puck or is it set correct? I haven't had any issues trimming to the correct RPM.

    I answered my own question! Did a quick internet search and the measurement of the ram should be 20 3/4 from center of each end for a alpha 1 generation 2. Mine was set to 19 inches. Here is what it looks like now with the correct measurement set.  I didn't take a pic of the gauge but it now reads dead center between halfway and up.

    Nice looking outdrive!! I have the same boat (2000 - 242FV) and am on my second Bravo3 outdrive. If it needs replacing again I may go with a Bravo 2, they seem to corrode less. I miss the Alpha I had on my 19ft cuddy.

    I believe it is,it was on the boat when we bought it. It's such a great addition,it gives the boat a lot more useable room.
