I bought a new house couple months ago and it just happened to come with a 20 ton lift!!  Awesome!

Awesome for sure! That's the best way to protect the boat and you can walk around a lot of it too! It'll last forever!

Very nice checkmate! Lifts are great and I'm sure you'll love it! You even have room to grow!

After buffing on the 310 for four days, a lift would be great for waxing...

So does this mean that I'll have to prime AC unit Everytime I use it(for the ones that have lifts)?  Any other things that I should know about keeping her up on a lift?

I have never had to prime yet.

Checmate, it just depends on your boat. My 310 never had to prime. My 400 I have to close the seacock each time or it will lose it. Another 390 on my dock does not have to.

I think the way the hose runs from the seacock to the pump on my boat the water gets trapped so it can't drain out of the boat when on the lift. You may be able to install one of those plastic traps

I've never had a prime issue (knock on wood), and my 310 is on a lift.

@shawnmjr, yea been somewhat trying to sell her.   But not very hard as we enjoy it a lot, but just haven't been using it enough the past couple years to justify having it.  If the right person comes and offers me the right price, then yes it will be sold.   Ive had the boat 6 years now and went from 100 plus hours the first 2 years to less then 30 hours the last couple years.
