Saniguard vs Big Orange Filter

Went to install my Big Orange yesterday and discovered that somehow a Saniguard has been formerly installed in the most impractical place to reach.  So, should I replace the filter and sell the Big Orange or tear it all out and install the Big Orange?

    Leave the filter if its impossible to reach and just install the big orange and done with it lol
