    Mine also does nothing that I know of

    The one on your breaker panel?  If so, it back lights the switches.

    When you turn on your navigation or anchor lights it will activate the panel switch. This switch is a dimmer, lighting up your instruments more or less.

    Sorry to comment on such an old post but I thought my switch was dead and ordered a new switch to replace it. The new switch is a standard On-Off (four terminal) carling switch. The original “panel lights” switch was a five terminal switch. Does anyone know the code on the side of the original switch that indicates exactly what each terminal does?
