where is the hot water tank in the 31 fiesta vee

    In the engine compartment. Port side I believe.

    On my previous boat, a 01 310 FV it was starboard size behind the aft cabin. Not in engine room. Only way to get to it was through aft cabin, there was an inspection port in the Stbd storage compartment in the aft cabin to see it.

    Yep, the older 310s have it in the stbd side behind a cushion and then a small access panel in the aft portion of that area (basically underneath the cockpit sink area, but at the same level as the aft cabin).
