Attn 342 owners

in Rinker Express Cruisers Forum
Anyone know what this blank switch is? If I shine a light it says Blender but that is on the left side. There are wires to the switch. Also, is this the isolator everyone talks about? I changed all my panel bulbs today and checked all connections.

    Handy on my 2002 342 I am almost positive its for the blender. However looking on line there is another 2003 and it looks like its blank......... Hummm

    Another Rinker mystery. I believe the blender is 120 volt?

    Not on mine. Its 12vdc but if I ever have to replace it I might put a 120vac one in its place.

    I remember the blender being 12VDC like Ray stated.

    12 volt is on the right side. 120v on left side

    My board is 120v ac on the left and 12v D.C is on the right. My blender is 12v and I do have a switch for it on the 12v side. The blender is nice to have there as it's very convenient for my wife's morning smoothies but we do keep a 120v on board for major needs as the 12v is no match for 120 during a blender party!

    yeah, my 12VDC blender was the very first thing that went out of the boat.  Replaced with a much more powerful blender and an inverter to run it.

    I'd love to swap the 12v blender for the likes of a Vitamix.  I have one at home and it is a beast.

    Yes handy the breaker is for the 12v blender

    Does that panel come out easy,maybe get some access to the microwave?isolater I don't know?

    That "isolator" photo looks like some big butt diodes.  Not sure what they're for though.

    It is to isolate the shorepower ground from the boat ground while still providing protection.
