@Cableguy Greg glad she is out! Love the trailer. Question for you, I see the remnents of your PVC frame. Do you have a picture of it framed? My winter cover is such a pain.

Yes, here are a few.

@Cableguy Greg. I want to get new Rinker decals done for the 320, just like those on your 280. Would you be so kind as to get me an overall length and height of the RINKER log with the boat symbol, a straight on picture would be nice, too.
Sure, I can do that for you. Would it be okay if it was Sunday? I won't be back at the boat until then. If I get there sooner, I will of course post sooner.

Love the blue hull but I am sure it is a PITA to keep up.
It is a HUGE PITA to keep up with. It will be a 2 day ordeal of buffing and waxing her. When it is done, she looks sharp. I jacked up my boot stripe with a pressure washer, so I am planning on replacing it with red. I have seen them with red stripes before and they look sharp.

I definitely agree with that. I have seen numerous 342's for sale that have the Navy hull's with the red stripe. They look really good
@Cableguy Greg, quick question - 2 actually - I see your 280 on a trailer. Do you do any long hauls to other bodies of water, and what is your tow vehicle?

I towed her from Baltimore to Pittsburgh with a F-250. Other than that, I usually only tow her locally, to storage and back to the marina. I like having the trailer so I am not "married" to the marina. If I need to pull her out, I can do it on my terms, not theirs. My current tow vehicle is a 2015 F-150 crew cab.

Red strip looks sharp on the Black hull too. Question is whether to leave a couple inches of black below the stripe and possibly a 1/4" stipe under the Red is all on the black/blue
@06Rinker270 - I have used the non-skid deck cleaner for several years. It works very well and removes stubborn stains that other cleaners will not touch. One caution however, is to thoroughly rinse off any runoff from the deck onto the hull sides, especially if you have a dark colored hull like the one on my boat. The non-skid cleaner tends to cause streaks on the hull.
@wm61356 appreciate the tip. I got a stain on my non skid that I know is going to be a pain. The rubber end of my winter cover tent pole came off and did a lovely job scraping against the non skid.
@jme097, does your High Country have the Max Tow option? I have a 2010 Silverado 2500 HD LTZ crew cab that we tow our 246 Captiva with, with some thoughts of moving up to a small cruiser. We tow maybe around 3,000+ miles per season, 200 miles up to the Mississippi & back, probably a dozen times or so, plus one longer haul (~1,000 mi R/T) to Table Rock Lake, Lake Cumberland, Dale Hollow Lake, etc, Like the ability to travel to other bodies of water. Wouldn't mind going back to a 1/2 ton if it could tow a small cruiser those distances without maxing out the capacity, and putting too much wear & tear on the truck.
@Glassguy54 Yes max towing package so it can tow 11,000 lbs. Great truck but really if you have a nice trailer that has brakes then it helps a ton. How big are you thinking of going? The 280/290 is about 7,400 lbs dry.
