shower drain not working

New here! My 266 FV shower drain does not work. When switch is on, I can see a drain on power with light surge but can not hear pump running or water in floor decreasing. Can anyone tell me how to access the pump?

    It should be under the steps or in an access panel under the aft cabin mattress.

    should be an automatic float in with the pump in a plastic box.

    CableGuy Greg, There is a bilge under steps....does shower drain to there? There is no access under aft mattress.
