Has anyone re-rubberized and painted a perfectly good dinghy? Is is the PIA i think it is?

Do you know anyone in the Baltimore area who would re-rubberize and paint a used dinghy?

    There is a place in Annapolis that may do it. It is Annapolis inflatables. They've been around for a long time and should know.
