Marine air

2008 400EC, the aft bedroom controller for marine air ac “thinks” it’s about 12 degrees colder than it actually is. I assume it needs to be calibrated, but i do not own a manual. Any help to recalibrate would be greatly appreciated.

    Where is the sensor. Could it be misplaced? One one cruiser I had then sensor was located near the compressor. Once the compressor got hot as they do pretty fast the reading was waaay off. I moved the sensor to the return air intake and all was well.

    When I had a wacky reading on my display it ended up being the control board.   :s

    Don't need to find the sensor, just download the service manual and recalibrate the system. It's 100% done from the control panel.

    Many  sensors look like a small silver cylinder. If it is located in a wacky place - like right beside a compressor it will throw the readings off. I couldn't re-calibrate it so I moved it.

    There is a little sensor on top of the actual control itself. Looks like a piece of black plastic its weird
