Helm Alarm When Planing on Rinker 260 EC

I have a 2011 260 EC and I am getting a helm alarm that sounds when the boat in trying to plane or at speed.  Note, this is not the CO2 detector and not the high water alarm.  I also check gear lube, oil pressure and engine temperature and they are all fine.  Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?  No obvious issues in engine compartment either.
