I have a 2008 Rinker Captiva 226 and am getting an alarm 2 beeps every minute.

I have a 2008 Rinker Captiva 226 and am getting an alarm 2 beeps every minute.

I have confirmed all fluid levels are up.

Is there other reasons for this alarm and can I bypass the sensor (eg. gear lube to the out drive) to determine which may be causing the alarm?

Sorry.  That link only shows the 496 codes. I couldn't find the list for all of the motors!  It has been posted on here recently though.

Does it only happen after 2500 rpm or all the time

The alternator is not charging the batteries...would this also cause this alarm?

Yep if the batteries are low the alarm will beep .i know if I’m anchored for a while then travel back with the same battery I’ll get a beep if I stop and switch back to #1 battery the beep will stop
