Cutting down on window glare

Greetings All;
I am wondering what others have done to cut the glare on the windshield when underway?

I saw a guy the other day that had a 340 SR with the windshield tinted. I asked him how he likes it tinted, he said he loves it but don’t drive at night!

I ended up spray painting the area and it has held up great....
