Rinker Emblems

sorry, been away from the forum for a bit.  Quick question.  I pulled all the old gold decals from my 05 342 this past week before I had her wet sanded, compounded and waxed.  She looks like a new boat with that mirror shine and no dated gold lettering. WhatI would like to do is put the 2019 Express Cruiser raised Rinker badging on the sides.  Does anyone know where I might find those and if so how much?

I just bought replacement ones for my 2008 330 from eBay. The Rinker parts site has them available also. You have to make sure you buy OEM because there are some fakes out there. I had to replace a couple of letters and the boat logo.

I have 2 R’s a K and an E but I think I want to hold on to them, I feel like they can easily be damaged.

Mine are in good shape but the R and I on the port side are crooked. Do you mind posting the eBay link? Thanks!

How crooked are they? If you use a heat gun you might be able to twist them back. I’ll post the eBay link (Great price).

I thought about heating them up but if the price is right I'll just replace and move on.  The adhesive is 10+ years old and I fear it won't hold up.

ine is an 06 which has older style emblems...need to find some of those!

@aero3113 did you just clean the area and stick new ones on with the adhesive backing, or did you use any kind of additional adhesive?

Mine were more of a raised decal..a little more dock friendly as they are low also...

I used a heat gun to remove them then I used the heat gun and a plastic scraper to remove the glue left over then cleaned with alcohol. Just peel and stick, the adhesive on the back is very strong.

Thanks everyone. I actually ordered these directly from Melody at Rinker. They charged me $85 per side for the lettering. I didn’t feel that was too bad. Can’t wait to get them so that I can put them on.

Well, I have an opportunity to get the originals made for me by the original manufacture which I stumbled on but I have to buy 100 sets at a time.  This is the Orginal Chrome letters and logos I guess from 2006 to recent boats both sizes 25" and 20 " letters and 9 " logo and 7" logo.  I would like to know how many people would pay $125 USD per set for the large lettering and down from there for smaller.  Image below is from the company I can buy it from.

These are stock lettering from the original tooling it comes stuck on a alignment piece of plastic its a one-piece product ready to stick on just like the factory.

With the cost of what I am doing to the boat to buy $5000.00 $7000.00 dollars worth of emblems is low on my list of things to do.  I plan to revisit the idea in a month or so.   Then setup a online store.  Will update once I get things all done on my boat.  I need a set too so I will be doing this.

I have to buy 250 as a minimum order.
