Go with the ribs!   I'm doing the traditional turkey as well.  We really enjoy it.  But, we'll have Jerk Chicken in Jamaica a week after the new year ….oh, it'll be beachside   (had to rub in the warmth stuff that Ras gets us on all winter)

When my mom lived in Myrtle beach i always visited at Christmas but weather was always too crappy to go out on kayaks and collect oysters.

There was supposed to be a boat parade this past weekend but the weather was Crap. Its nice to watch at night going thru the canal. I heard its been rescheduled for Saturday.

Deep-fried turkey.  With a side order of thinset mortar dust, because that's how everything will taste to me after I spent the whole day today laying tile over at the "project house!"

Merry Christmas everyone! I plan on picking up the boat later to get ready for the weekend..my brother has never been on our boat so we may take a little cruise!

Merry Christmas. I look at this as a half way point. The boat has been in hibernation for 3 months now and 3 mount till the cover comes off. (know its really only been 2 and 4 togo but let me have this moment)🎄🎄🎁🎁
