Screw driver? Use a 5/16 or 8 mm socket and 1/4 inch drive ratchet on those things. Also any time your install new hose clamps on anything torque them again after a few hours of use. Dont snug them so hard they strip but they need to be better than flat blade or even Phillips head screw driver tight
This is especially true on charge pipes of a turbo engine although those are usually t bolt clamps.
You can buy a T shaped wrench for those worm drive hose clamps that is worth its weight in gold... it has built in maximum torque... using it to remove clamps isn't that efficient, but for installing they cant be beat.
