I resealed the plug assembly on my 242 a few years back. I removed the 3 screws and the assembly pulled out without any effort, the sealant was barely holding on. Will check the 330!

Yes, I guess now that I think about it that must be what I have...bringing the boat home to swap out the pumps so will add that to the list!

All this talk about the plug assembly made me remove it today, it came out just as easily as the one on my 242. Resealed with 5200, no worries of any leaks there now!

I may consider this just for preventative next time I pull the boat. These seems to be a very forgettable area of boat maintenance.

What caulk do you guys use on the hull seams and through hull fittings?

Aero, are you going to apply new bottom paint or run another season with the existing?

@YYZRC , my bottom paint is in great shape. I scraped all the loose paint and touched it up back in January when we had a 60 degree day. The drives are in good shape also but I might give them a coat of spray.

The previous owner had the bottom painted last spring.

Mine was also done last spring and needs a few touch-ups but I'm going to run with it for another season as well.
