Need Help Identifying Some Wires

I have 3 wires that have terminal ends that are taped off by the charger. One is black that goes to the grounding block, one dark purple that goes to the port engine main plug and one light purple that goes to the starboard engine main plug. What are they for and why do you think they aren’t being used? Could they be for DTS?

I’m pretty sure they are, they go into the corrugated tubing right to the cannon plug on top of the engines.

Some sort of alternator or charging wire to get a reading from the engine? Just a thought since they end by the charger. Maybe someone cut them out when they replaced the charge at some point.

That’s the thing, their not cut, they have terminal ends on them.

Well maybe someone unscrewed them 😏. It's gotta be some sort of data from the engine. Have you put a multimeter on them? 

Is your boat at your house, you have been doing a lot of work lately.

Haven’t put a meter on them with the ignition on.

From what I gathered online it may be an ignition  switched 12v power.

I just remembered that this terminal block came with my new dash panel kit that I installed in September and wasn’t used. I think I remember seeing that this is for DTS, maybe the wires have something to do with this?

I didn’t see a yellow tracer on either wire.

Solid purple is starboard ignition power.

@Cableguy Greg , I have that same link that I follow. But, both are solid purple, one lighter than the other.

Don't see any purple wires on my 330.

Strange, but you do have the one molex connector I was trying to figure out on a different thread.

I looked at them some more today, maybe there’re not factory? But I’m sure that the previous owner didn’t do this (1 owner boat). They’re pinned and go right into the main cannon plugs. I thought they ran through the corrugated tubes but they mostly run outside of it.

Could be, I can check for power with the keys in the on position. When I get a chance, I’ll try that.

Have you had your ECUs hooked up to diagnostics to read the actual hours?  My tachs read nearly 100 hours less than my ECUs.

I installed a Vessel View Mobile last year and my hours nearly right on.

Is that the waste tank to the right of the picture? If so, the boat is prewired for a macerator pump and that is where it would go. Pull the split loom back and if the brown wire has a black tracer on it, I would say that is it.

Makes complete sense @Cableguy Greg ! Here is a closer pic of mine. And yes, the waste tank is to the right. My plug is tie wrapped on the starboard side near the batteries.

I have another pair of wires that are taped off where the cockpit fridge goes. The wires on the left are 12 volt and go the the fridge, any guess on the wires to the right?
