    Dream Walter McCallum (spelling) was the owner of the old site. He went by the name of Talon. It was his site. I tried to reach out to him before and trust me its a long story. I would highly doubt Rinker would change anything with this site. IMO as long as Rinker is making boats we are safe.

    Just to make a correction for the record, the old site was owned by Russell Shand (Talon).  I remember going through the pains of changing over to this site with guys like Raybo, Dream'Inn, BabyBoomer, George and Al back in the spring of 2013 after many, many problems.

    I still remember the mug shut of Russell as well.  I actually spoke to him a couple times and planned to meet up with him when I was in NC, but then I had to change my plans when I was there.
    You do know that Russell Shand and Walter McCallum were the same person. 
    Yes, I remember this discussion many moons ago! :)  what a character he was!  I wish I had met him in person, but only chatted on the phone!

    Hey..old thread..but were still here..right?
    A nice boat that you can sleep in,and party on...in a nice marina..will ALWAYS be in style.
    The millenials are just not there yet..but they will be.
    Give it time..they are too loaded with student debt..hence the tiny house thing...
    inflation is going to take care of all of  that for them..
    good for them..bad for us......
    20 ..or 30 k for a starter ..on resale...??
    no problem..I would take that over a limited use pontoon ..anyday!
