9 freaking months???? Are you freaking kidding me? That poor little girl had her life altered and he gets 9 months. WTF......... Sorry but for some reason that 9 month thing really frosted my onions. Is it just me or does it seem like the laws protect the criminals and not the good public?

Well, opinions aside on the trial, I'm just glad she is progressing a step in the right direction every day.  Breanna will always be in my prayers.  Both of my children have taken sign language because they thought how neat it would be to surprise someone that could only communicate that way.  (ok, they really didn't want to take any more Spanish either ).

Same situation with my niece.....but she ended up losing her life.  The guy got 2 years less a day which kept him out of prison.  Justice? What's that?

Good to hear some positive news from your post Ras, it is sad there isn’t enough done to punish those that are responsible. Like the limo crash up here that cost 20 lives, the business owner pleaded out any real punishment. Sickening.
