I finished my anchor roller repair this past week. Ended up moving the roller aft about 4" - thanks for the help with other pics. I cut out the damaged section of plywood and fiberglass, Epoxied in new plywood with new fiberglass over the top. On the inside I used a stainless steel plate (see pic) to bolt through instead of washers. I've been letting the epoxy cure for a few days so I haven't actually tried to use it yet.
3113 is designated as hot rolled steel and not stainless however hot rolled steel is generally not shiny like that so the 3113 may not be referencing the type of steel 🤷🏽♂️. It looks like stainless to me.
I was told it was stainless and it went through drill bits like it was stainless. When I bought it was sitting in open air and there was no rust at all. The other steels at this place were pretty rusty. I'll keep an eye on it.
@rmrstlmo you should add a small starboard plate between the end of the anchor roller assembly and the anchor locker to prevent chain slap on your fiberglass.

@aero3113 did you notice the plate has 3113 printed on it? I can't make out the earlier text but it might say "RANDO"?

Do it right or don't do it.
