I have four of these cameras:
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BX25NGCK

It's power-over-ethernet, which makes it easy to install.  It has two cameras that combine for a single image over 180 degrees field of view.  To the software, it just looks like a single camera.  The image resolution is good, but not great.  You can't read license plates unless it's close.  But it covers a wide area, and they have held up well in the marine environment.

They are cheap compared to marine cameras.  I have a spare in case one breaks.

I have Arlo which they say are compatible with Starlink
One consideration is that they all need power. The Arlo can be hardwired or recharged. The Blink has longer lasting batteries. They both have motion detection and the Arlo will trip with sound as well. The more they trip the faster the batteries run down. So you don't want them where they capture anyone who walks or drives by the boat. The Blink are much more affordable.

I use a ring stick up that has a hard wire plug but also has a battery if power is lost at the dock. I have a wifi extender router that I use and it’s powered by 12 volts. This season I might install Starlink so that might change.

Anything innovative here? My marina has wifi but my slip is very far from the hot spot, so it's spotty at best. I was thinking about getting some sort of antenna/booster/whatever.

Home depot was running a very good deal in starlink mini $229 and standard $279. I got the standard because I was going to install it flat on the hardtop with a trio mount. I will post some pics after it is done.

I had a Ring in my Rinker but just changed it to an Arlo so that I have my home and boat camera on the same account. Arlo indoor generation 3 was $23 Canadian on Amazon.

US Amazon pricing as of today. I have both Gen 2 and Gen 3. Only difference I can see is that Gen 3 has a USB C in the back vs Gen 2 where the wire is permanently attached.

@oscar1 man, I could've gotten you that Starlink standard for FREE with my referral!  And a free month of service too haha.  Oh well lol.    I love our Arlo system for Wifi cameras.  Lots of options, although the newer versions, they try to get you on a subscription plan, but it's not necessary on the older ones.  Free access to cloud recordings.
