Thru hull fitting replacement 342FV

I pulled my A/C water outlet thru hull to replace/rebed as it was looking sorry.  It fits a 5/8" hose (all the barbs were filed off..interesting), but I can't find a replacement with a large nut like the original.  Anyone have any links to one.  Picture attached shows the old one Vs a new one.  You can see the large difference on the nut side, the threads are not the same on the two so I cannot reuse the old nut.

I would think you could find an appropriate washer for it.  That is the route I'd go.  Although I think SS would be better yet, I'm not a fan of those marelon ones.

If I can get a washer to fit, that's an option.

I'd go SS before bronze. Just looks better.

Why not use a nylon washer? Avoids metal that can corrode.

I'm going to have to measure up the thru hole and hull thickness I think to go for a SS part.  I know the drilled hole is larger than the treaded part on the existing thru-hull.  Certainly don't need a leaking fitting that close to the water line.  Another week + delay due to work  lol
