Took boat out of water....sad day but I got to trial fit my winter cover from cover guy.  Fits perfectly.   And even though its used I was quite surprised how new it appears.   I easily see this cover lasting many more years.  Thx cover guy.

I always just relied on my cockpit cover and stored for the winter in my warehouse.
I didn't realize there was such a stout cover for outdoor storage.

@tommop, I just spoke to a buddy of mine that has just sold his 342 and it went way too cheap to sell the cover with it.  He has a 342 cover with all the PVC structure for sale.  If you would like it, please send me a PM and I'll give you his phone number.
