Read where a fella rigged up an electric drag bike... Enough juice for two 1/4 passes.. instant power, no curve... 0-60 in like 2 seconds.. 60' in a flash, 1/8 in like four seconds, 1/4 in just shy of nine... Redonkulous.. it was hitting something like 180mph if I recall correctly. The accelorator is a spring loaded toggle, if you're pushing it, it's all out power.. another toggle is for moving it around, which passes much less power. I can't wait until electric is all figured out.. It sounds like a lot of fun.
Scott, are you using the trim tabs to get on plane? I know it takes a long time to get my 342 on plane without tabs. I only had to do it once when I had a (self inflicted) electrical problem.
