Thanks Chris.  Jeff, glad to see the cooktop worked out.  If it's anything like my home cooktop, the hot light should come on after using it and stay on until it cools down.

yeah..it didn't do that today. honestly, it's probably a "whatever"...   I'm happy with how it looks, gotta figure out how to get rid of the rust ring around it or find some kind of a bezel that would look good, not sure.

Try Starbrite rust stain remover. Spray it on,let it sit for a minute or two wipe and the rust is gone. Worked great on my transom and under my swim platform!

You may be able to wet sand that out of your Corian Top if the rust remover doesn't work... http://www.ehow.com/how_5990108_sand-corian-countertops.html

Got the microwave working today.  Plug in back of the breaker box came loose so easy fix.
